"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Madame Fortune is a hidden gem in Tampa. The speakeasy atmosphere is cool, intimate, and unlike anything else we’ve experienced in the area. The food was amazing. I had the turkey wings, my wife had the salmon, and both dishes were packed with flavor. The cornbread was absolutely fire and worth ordering all by itself. The live entertainment took the experience to another level. The singer was incredibly talented and kept the energy going all night. Between the food, the vibe, and the entertainment, this was one of the best date nights we’ve had in a while. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend checking it out."

"I visited this hidden gem for my birthday, and the experience exceeded all expectations. When we arrived at the address, we actually walked into what appeared to be a bakery called Roast. It was fully set up like a real bakery, complete with a dessert display case, which made the experience even more unique. The host greeted us and asked for a password, which had been sent when we made our reservation. After giving the password, we were led through a moving shelf door into the speakeasy—and that’s when the magic really started. Inside, the atmosphere was intimate, calming, and incredibly inviting. We were seated at a beautifully lit table and immediately felt taken care of. For drinks, we ordered the “Find Your Fortune” cocktail (vodka, guava nectar, strawberry, lime juice, and sparkling brut), which was refreshing and delicious, along with an espresso martini that was equally impressive. For our appetizer, we had the Lemon Pepper Honey Flats—a perfectly fried turkey wing with amazing seasoning that stood out right away. For entrées, we ordered the shepherd’s pie made with braised oxtails and the fried whole red snapper. Both dishes were absolutely incredible. The collard greens and cabbage served on the side were packed with flavor, and the sweet potato cornbread was truly out of this world. To top it all off, the server surprised me with complimentary beignets for my birthday, which were the perfect sweet ending to an already amazing meal. From the unique entrance to the outstanding food and exceptional service, this place delivers a full experience. We will definitely be back—and bringing friends with us. Highly recommend!"
