Mortellaro Law

"My wife and I recently moved to Florida and were looking to create an estate plan. Mortellaro Law came highly recommended by our realtor, and I am very glad that we took her advice. From the beginning, we were impressed with their organization and follow-through. Susan Dachs, the Paralegal we worked with, made the whole process flow smoothly and was friendly and efficient. She was able to put us at ease and answer all of our questions and was always on top of things. The signing process went smoothly and Ryan, LaZet and Lindsey made sure we left feeling confident and completely satisfied with the result. Overall, this was an excellent experience."

"Mortellaro Law has been my trusted law office for many years now. Words fall short to express how grateful I am for their knowledge, dedication, and professionalism. Michelangelo counselled me successfully to deal with my international entanglements and explained with endless patience and his amazing expertise how the legal situations are respected and solved in this great country. His assistance with obtaining the help needed for my husband’s care and my own situation is priceless. A special thank you to Sarah and Jennifer who guided me step by step towards my goals. Their exceptional kindness, patience, and experience helped me navigating the maze of difficult legal concepts. I am so thankful I chose Mortellaro Law for my legal representation and recommend them highly."

"We had Mortellaro Law put together my mother’s trust and estate plan. Our first meeting was with Mr. Mortellaro himself. He was clear, confident, and allowed all the time we needed for questions. They were very patient while we went through the process. Would highly recommend. They made the process very easy."
